We recruit 100% physically fit Ex-servicemen having bold personality after verifying the validity of their documents, character and antecedents, civilians are deployed duly trained at our training centre. Those having multicast training are preferred for deployment.

Personnel from Para-military forces are also treated as equivalent to Ex-servicemen and are absorbed in the same capacity, subject to their experience and suitability. Besides retired personnel from either Bihar Military Police or Bihar Home Guards possessing the same eligibility criteria lay down for Ex-servicemen are considered for selection and kept in second line.

Presently, my agency is meeting the security requirements in Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal.
